Getting to the hotel from M3 & The North
From the M3 exit Junction 14, A33 passing the hotel on the left. At Chilworth roundabout take the third exit just past the Garage onto Chilworth Road (A27) (taking care not to rejoin the M3), bear immediately right over the flyover into the hotel entrance.
Getting to the hotel from City Centre
Take the road North out of the City (A33 The Avenue) to Chilworth roundabout. Take the first exit just past the Garage onto Chilworth Road (A27) (taking care not to join the M3 to London), bear immediately right and continue over the flyover into the hotel entrance.
Getting to the hotel from East or West
From the M27 East or West exit Junction 5, take the A335 marked Southampton, turn right at the traffic lights into Bassett Green Road and continue to Chilworth roundabout. Take the second exit just past the Garage onto Chilworth Road (A27) (taking care not to join the M3 to London), bear immediately right over the flyover into the hotel entrance.

Trainer: Susan Bryer
Susan has been a landlord for approximately 25 years, managing the finances from re-mortgages to account management. During her years as a landlord she has gained a wide experience of the tax system and capital gains tax liabilities. Susan became a Local Representative in 2007 and then an NLA trainer in 2011. She frequently chairs landlord forums and speaks at public events.
Susan’s career stared as a conveyancing solicitor which followed by being a Law Society Examiner and marker. She then stepped into the teaching profession abroad for the Royal Saudi Households for young adults (16 to 21 years) followed by an international school in Saudi Arabia, a primary school in Dubai and then returning to England to teach at a secondary school. Currently Susan is a part time curriculum teacher at a primary school.
Her qualifications include Bachelor of Arts degree in Law, Law society finals, qualified solicitor since 1998, PGCE at University and fully qualified as a teacher in 2004. As a teacher, she is highly skilled in speaking and presenting information to large audiences and therefore can plan, prepare, design and deliver training and course materials.
