Event Overview:

Trainer: Mike Bull

Mike has been a member of NLA for two years and has been a landlord since 2015. Following a 30-year career in construction materials, Mike is now one of two directors of a Bristol-based property investment company, has invested substantially in his own property-based education. He is an enthusiastic attendee at many of Bristol’s property networking events. Now focused on growing a portfolio of high-quality professional co-living homes, Mike has joined as one of the south west NLA Representatives in order to support other landlords by helping them to stay informed; work within the appropriate guidance and legislation and maximise the efficiency of their portfolios.

Throughout the past three years, the NLA has provided an invaluable source of information & guidance that has helped Mike develop his own portfolio of both residential and commercial property in the Bristol area and further afield, and he relishes the opportunity to share the knowledge gained and the resources that are available through NLA with landlords to help them be more successful, stay ahead of the game and add value to their businesses.
