Getting to the hotel
From the South

Take Junction 8 from the M40 onto the A40 for Oxford. Follow A40 to the Headington Roundabout. Take the first exit from this roundabout, signposted towards Cowley. Follow dual carriageway until you reach the Littlemore Roundabout. Turn right (third exit) signposted for Rosehill and Iffley.

From the North
Take Junction 9 from the M40. Follow A34 to Hinksey Hill Interchange signposted for Oxford and Cowley. Keep following the signs for Cowley until you reach the Littlemore Roundabout. Turn left (first exit) signposted for Rosehill and Iffley

To Hawkwell
Once you have turned left towards Iffley: Follow the road for about a mile, passing shops on your left. Go down a hill, round a corner to your left
On reaching the traffic lights, go straight ahead and take the first road on your left, Iffley Turn at the mini roundabout go straight ahead on to Church Way. Hawkwell House is on your left

Trainer Profile

Susan Bryer has been a landlord for over 30 years and has gained a wide experience whilst managing her diverse portfolios of BTL properties. Susan became a representative in the South East for the NLA in 2007 and works in the NLA training team writing and designing the two tax courses. Susan chairs landlord forums, speaks at public events, organizes NLA branch meetings, and works with many Councils in the interest of landlords. Susan’s career started as a conveyancing solicitor, managing a conveyancing department in London.

She worked for the Law Society as an examiner/marker in property. Susan worked in Saudi Arabia for the Royal Saudi Households until 2004. Since returning, she lectures and teaches between her duties and role as an NLA Rep, which allows her to follow her passion in residential properties as a landlord.
