The National Grid’s Warm Homes Fund provides match-funding to landlords to improve their properties’ heating systems. It’s targeting properties which are ‘off-gas’ and have no central heating system, such as properties with storage heaters or solid fuel appliances.

There is £150 million available across the country.

Residential landlords need to be part of a bid from a local authority or registered social landlord. Those based in North Yorkshire can get in touch with Warm and Well North Yorkshire to register their interest in being part of the application.

Round two of bids opens on 27 November 2017 and closes on 9 February 2018. Installations from successful bids will commence in April 2018.
