A new guide has been released by the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) on a new ‘landlord escalation route’ for use in live service areas. This will not affect the process for landlords in Universal Credit full service areas.

This service is aimed at landlords who have a tenant ‘who is near immediate threat’ of eviction.

Landlords calling the existing Escalation Line will be directed here, where you be able to follow the correct escalation route. Landlords will also be able to contact the Live Service Housing Team email inbox directly with any enquiries.

You can contact the Live Service Housing Team at: uc.servicecentrehousing@dwp.gsi.gov.uk
