CPD

What is Continued Professional Development (CPD)?

We all expect the people we deal with in any profession to be competent in what they do for us. CPD is the recognised method used by many professionals to ensure that their knowledge and skills remain relevant as needs and environments develop.

NLA Accredited residential landlords are also required to complete 10 hours per year of CPD over a 12-month anniversary period.

Where can I undertake CPD?

  • On the online library by working through individual subjects. Upon successful completion of the end of course quiz, your own CPD profile is automatically credited.
  • By manually adding any attendance at NLA branch meetings, local authority forums, conferences, courses to your CPD profile, so that all your CPD is conveniently held in one location.

Don’t forget you can also claim CPD for reading journals. We now award 2 hours for reading our UK Landlord magazine.
