In Jeremy’s long experience, he cannot recall a time when the tax environment has been so hostile for landlords. Since 2015 there have been a series of measures passed by the Government that have been designed to extract greater and greater amounts of tax from the property sector. This has led to greater demands for courses on how to cope with the changes on property taxation.
