Calling all landlords and property management agents.

Do you own or manage rental properties in Sheffield?

The Private Rented Solutions Team (PRS) within Sheffield City Council works with landlords to help them source tenants. We are hosting a consultation event for landlords and rental property agents across the city at Jury’s Inn on Thursday 21st March.

Whether you have worked with us before or not, we are keen to hear about your experiences of being a landlord or property management agent in Sheffield and find out what we need to do in the future to support you.

It will be an opportunity to:

  • share your experience of how universal credit has affected your business
  • provide feedback on how working with PRS has (or maybe hasn’t) worked for you
  • identify services or support that would make working with PRS attractive
  • develop solutions to shape the future of the PRS service
  • This event is interactive and attendees will be using their knowledge and expertise as landlords and rented property agents to actively contribute to the development of Sheffield City Council’s strategy and approach for private rental property across our city.
