Have You Lost Your Right To Use Section 21 To Remove A Bad Tenant?

Mary Latham, NLA Representative

Section 21 has been used since the mid 1980s as a straightforward way to remove a bad tenant -BUT there are no so many invalid Section 21 notices being served because landlords are not aware of the many changes that have taken place recently, this is preventing a "no fault" eviction. This short seminar will cover how to serve a valid S21 Notice.

There will be a break during the afternoon where light refreshments will be served Ample free parking to the rear of the building, Ground Floor room with wheelchair access.
