Chris has over 13 years' experience in the landlord insurance industry.  This presentation will point out warning signs and helpful tips to prevent an insured loss as well as provide case studies of claims that have be paid out and why it is important to have adequate cover. Chris will also identify other insurance policies on the market and where you can potentially get left exposed if you cut corners for price over cover
