Residential tenancies - understanding tenancies and the features of different types
Susan Brown, Barrister, Tennyson Chambers
Susan has had a long career working with both commercial and residential landlords. She will cover the options open to landlords and explain what could go wrong for you but also give advise on getting things back on track. As a speaker, Susan is able to explain complicated legal terms in a way a lay person can understand. There will be the opportunity for members to ask questions about any tenancy related issues you might be concerned about.
