Consultation - Proposal for Selective Licensing in 14 areas in Stoke on Trent

Don Robbie, Representative, National landlords Association

In response to phone calls and emails from several members, the meeting will be devoted almost entirely to the consultation underway regarding significantly extending Selective Licensing in Stoke on Trent. Don will examine in detail the contents of the various documents produced by Stoke City Council for this process which ends on 30th April and identify key concerns and questions that attendees may wish to raise in their response to the local authority. The rest of the meeting will in essence be an open discussion on these proposals and agreement of actions going forward.

Legislation and News Update

Don Robbie, Representative, National Landlords Association

A quick update on items of key interest to landlords and letting agents including recently introduced legislation and changes happening in the near future.

The venue has ample free parking on site.
