An introduction to Horsham District Lettings Service

Nigel Powell, Bank of England

Nigel will update and introduce the Council's "Lettings Service". Nigel will explain how the Council's service manages their landlords properties and the unique arrangements the Council offers.


S24 where are we now? The benefits of Limited Liability Partnerships

Emma Beyon, Associate Consultant, Kreston Reeves Accountants 

Emma will update us on S24 and take a look at the Limited Liability Partnership model.


Bank of England

Florence Hubert, Deputy Officer, Bank of England

Florence will give an overview of the current economic conditions, the Monetary Policy Committee's expectations for the likely future path of GDP growth and CPI inflation. Florence will touch on the decisions around setting the bank rate and quantitative easing. 
The presentation will cover the Financial Policy Committee's views on credit conditions and BUY TO LET lending.  Florence will be happy to answer any questions after her presentation.
