The presentation will cover the tax changes announced in the 2015 Summer Budget, including the loss of Mortgage Interest Relief and how landlords can plan to deal with these tax changes.

 

Pests in the Rented Houses

The presentation will cover the difficulties that landlords face in their properties when there are pest infestations. This presentation will cover bed bugs, flees and offer a Q&A session for the landlords with a issues involving pests.
