Kim will outline the philosophy that underpins the implementation Universal Credit and provide an overview of the new UC system together with operational detail that landlords and tenants will need to be aware of.

Hastings PRS Leasing Scheme

David will outline another new PRS contractual council leasing scheme. The scheme offers landlords a void-free rental stream, direct payments, and no requirement to license their properties.
