Cassette Boilers UK Ltd, a local company based in Bournemouth, are pleased to introduce a brand new concept in gas boilers – The Cassette. The concept delivers a product for life, free of unknown breakdown and servicing costs enhancing cost management and customer satisfaction. If any fault is found, the Cassette unit is simply replaced within 15minutes!. This means no boiler repairs are carried out at the installation property, no misdiagnosis, unnecessary use of parts, or wasted time.

The presentation will include key considerations for Income Tax, Capital Gains Tax, Inheritance Tax and Stamp Duty Land Tax including a recap of the recent changes to wear and tear allowance, loan interest relief and the 3% Stamp Duty Land Tax surcharge. Julian will also outline some tax planning opportunities for landlords to consider going forwards.
