Home Safety Guidance

The need to ensure that tenants are housed in a safe and secure home is of paramount importance. This presentation by NAPIT will provide an overview of what is required to achieve a safe home. The Home Safety Guidance covers gas, solid fuel, carbon monoxide, smoke alarms, tripping hazards, safety cords, legionella - in other words, all the key facts that landlords need to know to ensure that their property is safe and secure.

Minimum Energy Efficiency Standards

Minimum Energy Efficiency Standards (MEES) will soon be coming into force requiring a minimum EPC rating. This presentation will cover what MEES are, when they come in to force, and landlords' responsibilities.
