HMO licencing and October changes

Matthew Bullock will provide an update on the changes to HMO licencing that are coming up in October 2018 (1) An overview of the changes to the legislation. (2) Approach and timescales for implementing the changes in West Suffolk. (3) Our approach to enforcement.
