Susan Bryer - South East
The National Landlord Association is the UK’s largest membership organisation for private residential landlords, supporting and representing over 30,000 members. We help landlords navigate challenges and proudly offer some of the most comprehensive learning resources and market-leading intelligence available in the sector. Our representatives run regular branch meetings and landlord courses throughout the UK and also provide an important link for our members with local authorities and fellow landlords. NLA Meetings are free to attend for NLA members and all local landlords.
Susan has been a landlord for over 30 years and has gained a wide experience whilst managing her diverse portfolios of BTL properties. Susan became a representative in the South East for the NLA in 2007 and subsequently joined the NLA training team. Susan chairs landlord forums, speaks at public events, organizes NLA branch meetings, and works with many Councils in the interest of landlords. Susan’s career started as a conveyancing solicitor, managing a conveyancing department in London.
She worked for the Law Society as an examiner/marker in property. Susan worked in Saudi Arabia for the Royal Saudi Households until 2004. Since returning, she lectures and teaches between her duties and role as an NLA Rep, which allows her to follow her passion in residential properties as a landlord.
