Don has been a landlord for over 7 years with 8 properties in the UK and abroad. He has been an NLA Member for over 6 years, gaining NLA Accredited status and joining the Local Representative Team in the West Midlands late in 2011.
His early career saw him in Human Resources and Development, rising to senior management positions in the Retail, Licensed Trade and Motor Industry sectors. His career continued in Field Operations Roles as either an Area or Regional Manager until, in 2005 he decided to leave corporate life and become a self-employed Business and Human Resources Consultant. This also enabled him to spend more time managing his existing properties, developing as a landlord and refurbishing one or two more to add to his portfolio. His experience to date has also enabled him to source tenants and manage properties on behalf of a small number of personal clients.
