Become a recognised supplier of the NLA ... and create clear blue sky between you and your competitors.
There are many reasons why companies choose to forge links with the NLA, including unrivalled access to our members to promote their products and services, and use of the "NLA
Recognised Supplier" logo in their marketing.
The NLA enjoys a high reputation within the industry and, increasingly, amongst tenants and the general
public. This is, in part, due to the importance the NLA places on promoting the Association, both in the
marketplace and via our third parties. The NLA link has proved to be a powerful tool when communicating
with NLA members and other stakeholders in the private-rented sector.
Key benefits
- Product recognition - from the UK’s leading independent association representing private-residential landlords.
- An opportunity to promote your product or service to member and non-member landlords, including our online supplier directory.
- Association with an organisation that is respected by local authorities, government and non-government organisations.
- Ties with the only landlord association authorised by the Government to run an insurance-based tenancy deposit scheme (www.mydeposits.co.uk
).
- A relationship that should help you further distance yourself from your competitors.
Case studies
Since becoming an NLA Recognised Supplier, LettingZone has enjoyed increased exposure through the scheme, especially online.
The weekly reporting on the number of visitors looking at the profile on the NLA website is an excellent additional feature and allows us to evaluate our investment in the scheme as well as the benefit of placing adverts in UK Landlord.
Mark Garner, Managing Director
LettingZone
Since joining the Recognised Supplier Scheme responses have been good and we have had a steady flow of sign ups and enquiries.
We have even had Agents contacting us to sell our service to their Landlords. We had been advertising for around 3 months on local radio stations with hardly any response and so we did not know what to expect. The NLA Magazine ensured that we were hitting the right audience immediately. We do not have a huge budget for advertising and so this makes sure our budgets are used effectively.
