Suppliers

Become a recognised supplier of the NLA ... and create clear blue sky between you and your competitors.

There are many reasons why companies choose to forge links with the NLA, including unrivalled access to our members to promote their products and services, and use of the "NLA Recognised Supplier" logo in their marketing.

The NLA enjoys a high reputation within the industry and, increasingly, amongst tenants and the general public. This is, in part, due to the importance the NLA places on promoting the Association, both in the marketplace and via our third parties. The NLA link has proved to be a powerful tool when communicating with NLA members and other stakeholders in the private-rented sector.

Key benefits

  • Product recognition - from the UK’s leading independent association representing private-residential landlords.
  • An opportunity to promote your product or service to member and non-member landlords, including our online supplier directory.
  • Association with an organisation that is respected by local authorities, government and non-government organisations.
  • Ties with the only landlord association authorised by the Government to run an insurance-based tenancy deposit scheme (www.mydeposits.co.uk).
  • A relationship that should help you further distance yourself from your competitors.

Case studies

Since becoming a Recognised Supplier, I have seen a good increase in landlord activity on our website.

We offered a special discount to NLA members which has worked extremely well and prompted many NLA members to call us. This enables us to build relationships with landlords from the outset by understanding their needs, then helping them to successfully let and manage their properties online, knowing they can call us for advice or help at any time.

We always receive calls following the release of the UK Landlord Magazine and find that advertising in addition to the Recognised Supplier feature works particularly well.

Accommodation for Students

Since becoming an NLA Recognised Supplier, LettingZone has enjoyed increased exposure through the scheme, especially online.

The weekly reporting on the number of visitors looking at the profile on the NLA website is an excellent additional feature and allows us to evaluate our investment in the scheme as well as the benefit of placing adverts in UK Landlord.
