Find Tradesmen Landlords Trust and Avoid the Cowboys

One of the biggest challenges landlords face is finding trusted tradesmen to repair and maintain their properties or attend to emergencies.

NLA members can now save time and money by making use of a free online directory, where recommended local tradesmen and other property service providers will be highlighted with a distinctive thumbs-up icon. No subscription is needed to search the Property Owners Directory (POD).

Member Benefits

NLA members can benefit from a unique recommendation deal. If you pass on details of a recommended tradesperson to the POD and they sign up for an advertising package of silver level or above, the POD will pay you £20. Approval from an NLA member gives the service provider a special blue ‘thumbs up’ within their listing.

For NLA members who provide services themselves to other landlords (and this includes managing agents, accountants, architects and lawyers as well as tradesmen), the POD is offering a discounted annual advertising rate of £100 per year.
