Our trained assessors will survey the damage within 24 hours of receiving your call. They will then prepare a building repair schedule which is sent to your insurance company within a further 48 hours. They will discuss the claim directly with your insurer on your behalf to expedite the claim as quickly as possible.
Upon receiving authorisation Aspray will then provide the contractors and ensure the work is carried out in an agreed timescale to your complete satisfaction.
