The first NLA National Conference will focus on what it means to be a landlord in today’s market and the opportunities for landlords in the future. Independent Review of the Private-Rented Sector: implications for landlords
Dr Julie Rugg, from the Centre of Housing Policy at York University, will discuss the key recommendations made to government following her wide-ranging review of the sector.
Dr Rugg’s recommendations are due to be announced in late October 2008 – we are delighted that the NLA National Conference will be one of the first public events she will address, once her report has been made public.

the NLA Vision of the future
Simon Gordon, Head of Communications, National Landlords Association will set out the NLA’s key policy themes over the coming year.
