NLA National Conference

The first NLA National Conference will focus on what it means to be a landlord in today’s market and the opportunities for landlords in the future. Whether you let one property or manage a large portfolio, join fellow members from across the country to discuss the issues affecting your property choices.

Independent Review of the Private-Rented Sector: implications for landlords

Dr Julie Rugg, from the Centre of Housing Policy at York University, will discuss the key recommendations made to government following her wide-ranging review of the sector.

Dr Rugg’s recommendations are due to be announced in late October 2008 – we are delighted that the NLA National Conference will be one of the first public events she will address, once her report has been made public.

Future of the Private-Rented Sector:
the NLA Vision of the future

Simon Gordon, Head of Communications, National Landlords Association will set out the NLA’s key policy themes over the coming year.
